CHAKRA
The Chakra Class is a set of diverse techniques designed give you knowledge about and control over your personal Chakra system. It contains a basic set of techniques that can be used to ‘keep yourself in order’ energetically with your clients and in your life. With meditation you will learn about grounding and running Earth and Universal Energy, moving it through the Chakras and clearing them of your old energy or someone else’s. The class also addresses the energetic connections or ‘cords’ that form between people. Cords are either about communication or control and so techniques to identify, eliminate or keep them clear are essential to good communication and boundaries.

Additionally, the Chakra class covers several other techniques, for Nervous System Balancing for clearing yourself and others of accumulated stress and emotional charges. A nurturing Chakra balancing from a healing system called Breema is also included in the days training. The class fee includes a review tape of most of the meditation techniques. I look forward to spending the day with you in this class of self discovery!
